Kemppel Homes participated in the 2016 Parade of Homes for Summit & Portage Counties, showing a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired ranch. As a custom home builder with a definite design theme, complimentary staging was critical for our Parade event. We met with Erica looking for staging support, and instantly knew that she would fit in seamlessly with our team. She did not disappoint! Working with the provided layouts, design concepts, and colors, she did the legwork and online shopping to procure our needed furniture and staging decorations. She engaged in all our brainstorming and was a critical component to our successful end look. Erica processed all our requests timely and professionally. She personally detailed all the staging finishes to be wrinkle free and fresh. She attended to our long list of detailed preferences throughout this long process.
